UiPath orchestrator web formatting problem

Hi,

I have a problem about UiPath orchestrator formatting. Some fixed text field overlaps each other like below captures… (Browser is IE and I can’t use other browser for technical reason.)

Do anybody know how to fix this?

Hi @Jumbo,

i hope any browser you can use from orchestrator.(like IE,chrome,firefox,etc.,)

Hello there,

This happens If you select the Large Fonts setting on IE.

Follow up:

  • Right-click a blank area of the desktop, and then click Properties.
  • Click the Settings tab, and then click Small Fonts in the Font Size box.
  • Click OK, and then click Yes to restart the computer.

Unfortunately, I cannot use other browser so far, I need to check with other team and it might takes time.
(I’ll do that if I have no way to do.)

Hi ddpadil,

I checked both IE and windows control panel setting but it not using large font size… Even if I changed it, it doesn’t works. (see below.)

Hi @Jumbo,

i hope you are using old version of IE, if you update IE also that’s more enough i hope.
which version are you using?
use IE 11.

Now I checked my IE version but it is the version of last December… (11.0.49)
So I don’t think it is version matter, mmm,

I hope in your machine blocked some scripting so design is not coming properly.

Hi all,

I found root cause, it was IE security setting matter.
If somebody found the same issue, see internet option>>security>>trusted site->Change security level to medium / low.
(I’m not quite sure about minimum setting however I’m sure it is some scripting authorization level matter.)
