UiPath On Prem to Flex Migration

Hi @loginerror and UiPath Team,

We currently have a On-Prem Setup in UiPath with the following :

1 Standard Orchestrator
2 Attended Robots
1 Unattended Robot
1 Developer License

So with the above information we have 5 servers on which these all things are hosted. We basically take RDP of these machines and operate accordingly as required

Our Orchestrator Version is - 2020.10.5 , Studio/Robot Version - 2022.4.5

With these options we are now planning to migrate to UiPath flex plan, However on contacting the Sales Team of UiPath they said that no Migration is required when you are shifting your license from On Prem to Flex.

We also contacted one of our UiPath resellers who said that there will be migration required when you are shifting from On Prem to Flex. So we are in a bit of a confusion what might be the exact case here.

Question 1 : Does anybody here know about the On prem to Flex migration if yes then what is the high level process

Question 2 : The reseller said that the orchestrator comes with the flex plan so you can completely discard the Infra on which your production orchestrator is hosted but rest of the machines where the robots are hosted remain as it is, which means only the orchestrator is moved to cloud rest all machines remain as it is. Is this understanding of mine about the flex correct ?

Kindly suggest the same on the above Points
