Uipath- GetOutlook Mail Message

Hi Team,

I want to save 1000+ mail to folder, while fetching the data, using Get Outlook mail message activity It’s throwing timeout exception.these mail are bulky,contains attachment as well. after increasing the timeout,It is throwing the same exception.We are not sure about email count, it can be 2000 also,depending upon client data.how to tackle this issue?

Hi @ashu_ranjan,

As, the Outlook is used by the BOT, I hope there is accessing issue.

Chane the Outlook settings like below -

Now set the Programmatic Access option to Never warn option.

Hope the issue will be resolved.

I had made these setting already.

Process is working fine when Bot is trying to fetch 300 mail. Bot is not able load or handle if the email count is more. We also can’t be sure about timeout how long it will take bcoz of bulky mails.
