Uipath Executor not visible while executing process

UiPath Executor is not visible while executing the process and is also unable to execute the process.

Can you check from
Taks manager if all uipaths services are running mainly userhost and robot services

check out the below points

  1. Check if the Executor is running in the background. Open the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and check if the “UiPath.Executor.exe” process is running. If it is, right-click on it and select “Switch to” to bring it to the foreground.
  2. Check if the Executor is minimized. Look for the Executor icon in the system tray (the area next to the clock in the taskbar). If it is there, click on it to restore the window.

Check if you are able to open Assistant from start menu
Also check if the Assistant is connected to Orchestrator

  1. Try restarting the robot services and give a try
    Go to start → search as services → in that search for UiPath Robot in services > Stop the service > Restart the service.

Hi @prasanth2 - How about re-installing the UiPath studio

  • Uninstall from the control panel
  • Delete all the related folders
  • Re-start your system
  • Try installing again

Client Windows server uninstalling is not possible

@prasanth2 - Did you try opening the studio in admin mode and check how that goes
