UiPath dont get ID device - Error on activation - Error -10000000

I got this error, the uipath dont get my device ID.

Offline activation no work too.

I saw some threads to resolve this “NSL” error but none of them had the same code as I have (-10000000). They not work.

I Solved this problem following this steps :

If Studio asks to provide email ID every time it starts, that usually means that when the user is trying to open Studio, it actually opens the installer UiPathStudioSetup.exe – for this, create a shortcut from %localappdata%\UiPath\UiStudio.exe and open Studio from there.
