When you work on data services, we need to install UiPath.dataservice.activities package and I have seen lot of people having trouble in finding this package.
Once DataService is enabled for the tenant, follow below step to get this package listed in manager package search:
On create new project window, there is a section called Compatibility, change this from Windows Legacy to Window and click create.
