Uipath cloud access

Hi Team,

my client is accessing currently the UiPath with authentication set with invitation based to user@myorg.com

Can we give access to one more company who is acuired now by the client by sending invitation to users@xyz.com and they can use as it is.

currently robot machines are in on-prem at myorg and please suggest if xyz robot machines also can be used in the same orchestrator.

both companies are not federated yet and no integration and no Active directory setup is configured for myorg for UiPath

If the on prem server access is there for both then they can use it…there are no restrictions as such unless you integrate active directory or restrict the server access itself

to give more information, myorg is using UiPath cloud and robot machines are in on-prem.

there is no network connectivity between myorg and xyz company, they are separate entitity at the moment with separate network all to gether

If they would be able to trigger the bots and use orchestrator as the orchestrator is on cloud…but they might not be able to access the machines…

can we connect to the same cloud orchestrator with 2 machines on abc.com and 2 machines on xyz.com ?

Till the time no ad is activated and orchestrator is accessible and you have licenses you can connect them
