Need guidance on platform requirement and setup

Hi Team,

My client has one UiPath cloud orchestartor having 3 tenants, and robot machines are present on prem, now it has acquired another company and it has one on-prem orchestrator and need to plan the integration between those 2 domain users so that they can access and work on the current existing cloud orchestrator, can the new company users get invition based request and get added to cloud orchestrator like how current client users are added with their domain email, or please suggest how can we approach to prepare the platform
