UiPath cannot find my machine ID

I’m unable to activate UiPath.

First I tried standalone activation:

After clicking “OK” I’m faced with this:

Notice that the machine ID is blank. This means I cannot even do offline manual activation as UiPath can’t generate my activation request. If I try to do it anyway, I get this:

I’ve tried disabling my firewall and that doesn’t seem to be helping. No information found on google or the forums has helped me so far.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
