Error activating Studio on a new machine

hi All .

could you please help me on activation

we have installed UiPath studio community version in New VM ware, but when we try to activate its showing the error " Device already Registered"
if uipath not working our project will be shutdown.
Note: we have installed in pure new machine

i am getting Same Error message, its new machine & new license, tried doing offline activation
nothing helped
