  1. We need to make sure we dont use excel files etc…instead use queues…ao that bots dont fight for getting access to a shared excel and fail…also we should make sure multiple bots can work simultaneously on different machines with same system…for that we can use assets to provide different credentials for same app for different robots etc…
  2. This generally would not happen…if it is successful you would get the mail…only option is it is sometimes stuck in outbox…for that after sending mail gice a delay and check if outbox is having any mail and if so resend it using retry…even then if it does not go then manually you need to check why it is stuck
  3. Action center is used for unattended bot only…for attended we directly use validation action or UiPath forms
