Hi all, would appreciate any insight into the “not found” error as shown below. I have already assigned a user as unattended robot, and created the required machine template bearing the same name as shown in the below image.
Hi @vikashp
- Get the orchestrator URL till the tenant name.
- Check the hostname of the server is matching with your Machine Name, You can find it in (Cmd- Hostname command)
- Check the Machine key matching with template machine that you created.
- If not working try with Client id & Client Secret
Hope this helps
Hi!
As @AJ_Ask suggests - Use the Client ID-Client Secret Connection Type.
I think the Machine Key connection type is deprecated for the cloud orchestrator.
Hey @vikashp
In Orchestrator URL put the Orchestrator link till DefaultTenant/ as mentioned below:
Your link will be different.

Ajay Mishra
Thanks all for the quick help! Have managed to resolve the issue as per @AJ_Ask and @Ajay_Mishra "s advice on the Orchestrator URL (I had prod and non-prod tenants).
