How are you trying to connect assistant to orchestrator?
What is the connection type you are using?
-client id and secret?
-machine key?
-service url?

Hey @Subin just select the connect type as service URL and add the URL as shown in the image
it will open a prompt at edge now allow it so it will connect
or if you are trying with Machine key pass the service URL and the machine id

Connection type is machine key. The issue is not occurs every time.

Any specific instances when it happens?
Also, can you check in Services if below 3 services are running when connection is lost? It can be the case that one of these services are restarted/stopped thus losing the connection.

- orchestrator/studio version
- enterprise edition or community
- Does this issue happens when you are trying to run a process? or do some paricular activity in studio/assistant?
