UiPath assistance "The token supplied to the function is invalid"

Hey everyone,

I am facing an issue with UiPath that I have never seen before.

When I installed the UiPath and went to the assistance with my machine key to connect, after Iinputted the orhestrator link, it says “The proxy tunner request to procy ‘{Link}’ failed with status code 407”. I searched and solved this issue using the the solution below by creating a new enironmental variable UiPath_PROXY_USE_DEFAULT_CREDENTIALS and setting it to True.

Now I have another problem that I cannot find the solution to, when I try to connect again after solving the previous issue, it says “UiPath Robot Error. The token supplied to the function is invalid”.

Does anyone know the solution for this?

As per error looks like the machine key you provided is wrong

can you verify the same…just in case if you used inverted comma it is not needed

My UiPath version is 22.10.4

The IT team logged on with me and generated a new key. Same error. The key does not seem to have commas though: xx-xx-xx-xx-xxxxx
