I have developed a basic UiPath App which has 4 submit buttons in it, process which was invoked in this App is just a message box which shows that Process was executed.
Problem is when I share my App (URL of the app) to my tester when he launches the app and tries to hit submit button to test the App, it complains saying “UiPath RobotJS Listener Process in Running” (I will provide the screen shot below)
When we check the services (UiPath.robotjs.servicehost & UiPath.robotjs.userhost) within Taskmanager of the machine they are present
Another error which we are seeing is it is expecting the UiPath assistant to execute the App, where in the Robot is already there in the machine and running
Note: Our environment is a high density (1 VM is shared between 2 developers), hence the services is being shared by both the users.
If the license allocation is done correctly and you are still are facing this issue, try the two options below:
i. Go to services and restart the “UiPath RobotJS Service”
ii. Reset site settings for UiPath.
Open the UiPath app in the browser, Go to site settings and Clear data and Reset permissions
1.Your first option I did tried that before posting this here
2. with regards to site settings option with in my UiPath App page - I am going to settings on UiPath App and I see only two options Manage access & General, are you referring to celar the cookies in the browser (Edge) ?
