I have completed uipath advanced developer certification when it was for free .
Now I see a different certification site linked to pearson . How my free certification is different from this new one . Is my old certification is valid and would it get linked to new certification site ? I have taken certifications through pearson many times which is only a multiple choise questionnaire. Is it same for uipath now ? (Which means there is no practical section ) .

Is there any voucher available to certified people to have re certification like many other vendors provide ?

The above link is for RPA Developer Advanced (UiPath) Certification which is now Retired as of 30 April 2020!

Now the Certification for UiPath is available as UiPath Certified Professional on the below link

Q: How my free certification is different from this new one?
A: This is now a high-stakes, high security and proctored program in which we’ve engaged several leading vendors in the certification industry. We’ve updated it to the latest UiPath platform and also introduced 2 levels of certification, to meet the market needs. Please review the detailed Program Policies and Candidate Agreement document to learn more about the new program and its policies.

Q: Is my old certification is valid and would it get linked to new certification site?
A: Your certification obtained through our legacy program is valid until April, 30, 2021 and in order to download it, you need to login here: https://certificate.uipath.com/ We will migrate the legacy program data to our new certification system soon, such as exam history and certificate. There will be no badge associated with this exam. For the time being, your credential can be verified here by 3rd parties: RPA Certification Advanced RPA Developer | UiPath

A: Indeed, the current exam includes multiple choice, drag and drop and simulation based questions, but you will not be required to upload an assignment.

A: I understand that there is now a cost to the exam, but please note that the we have kept it to minimum and at cost, and the entire online training from UiPath from basics to advanced continues to be at no cost to you. The entire path can be valued in thousands of dollars for each learner. We are not charging for training, but we must cover our costs for the exams since we have engaged several leading vendors to be able to deliver high quality, proctored and secure exams. Your investment in the exam fee has a great return-on-investment given the credibility and recognition UCP brings to you; and the importance of UiPath RPA/automation to your organisation and companies across industries.
