Uiapth cloud license connection problem

I’m from China, does anyone found out that the uipath robot is hard to retrieve a license from uipath cloud? And does anyone have an idea about that? Thanks in advance!

Close the UiPath assistant and,

Kindly restart your ROBOT Service and try once

Go to:
Run (search bar) → type services.msc ->under that check for uipath robot-> Right click on that and restart

Before, it has difficulty to connect the orchestrator, now it is fine.

The issue is the UiPath Studio can’t publish project. It seems there’s no orchestrator option and only one “custom” option. But at the same time the assistant connection is fine.

And what is the robot error it’s showing any message ?
