UI Path Studio missing Setup tab

My UI Path stopped worked the other day so I reinstalled, now v2018.3.0 and cannot find the Setup tab…was there before, cannot seem to find how to get it back…I open UI Path as administrator…starting the Orchestrator course and guess I need it…lol…any suggestions?

Settings are moved into Start menu…
