Setup Menu not appearing in UIStudio 19.4.3

HI Gurus

any ideas, why SETUP Menu is not appearing in my desktop version of UIPath Studio 19.4.3 Community Edition.

I have created Cloud Account and now want to publish my projects over there.

This is new version and some fields position got changed. You can publish project from Design Tab only. It’s besides Export to Excel option.
