These Triggers indicate that it has to automatically start by Orchestrator and you will need unattended license for the same
Only unattended automations can be triggered from orchestrator…so both triggers perrain only to unattended
And attended user runs under the user profile so the control to trigger automations would not be present with orchestrator but can only be done from user from assistant

You can not run trigger from assistant
You trigger process from assistant as in you will be able to see the published process as nuget package
In assistant the package you want to run you will be able to play button from there you can start the process and once process is triggered/start you will be able to see stop and pause button as well.
