Triggers at the same time

Hi there,

I have just replace a new robot.

After the replacement, I found that if there are Triggers at the same time, only one can be process.
Another job will be shown error with message “A foreground process is already running. Only one foreground process can run at a time” immediately instead of go to pending status

The license for the robot was service unattended. Does anyone have idea for this situation?

Hai! welcome to community!

if you are using community edition. you can run one bot at a time. and you will get only 1 unattended robot. and also you can’t run more than one process at a time. if you wants to trigger 2 process at a time. you need to stop the excution of a robot.

Hope this may help you

Thanks

Hope the below steps would help you resolve this

  1. Increase the runtime of that machine by going to tenant tab → machine tab and search for your machine and click on edit

  2. Then try to recreate the robot again with correct domain/username and password

  3. Then reconnect the robot to orchestrator and give a try

@kevinw

OMG, I made the same mistake!! :sweat_smile:
After adding domain before username, it works fine now.

Thank you so much for your help!
