Trace ID

A temporary banner appears in Orchestrator.

The job is not running. (#3602)

The issue is intermittent. I don’t know where the error is located in Orchestrator. The banner disappears, and the error does not appear anywhere in Orchestrator’s Alerts Reports or Notifications sections. I have also checked C:\Users<Robot Username>\AppData\Local\UiPath\Logs. I have tried searching online but can’t find information on where I can locate this error. The Trace logs only provide display names, not IDs. This is for an unattended bot. I want to understand and troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check Job Logs in Orchestrator.
  • Review Robot logs for errors or warnings (in the machine logs directory).
  • Verify Robot connectivity and system health.
  • Look for timeout or queue issues in your process.
  • Ensure version compatibility between Orchestrator and Robot.
  • Check for any license issues in Orchestrator.
  • Contact UiPath Support if needed with relevant logs and trace IDs.
