I just want to check, for the To-Be Detailed Process Map section, is that where I should include the legend to indicate which steps are automated and which are manual?
If so, does that mean I need to insert the Process Map again in that section, but this time with the legend included? Appreciate your thoughts on this!
to be would ideally be only the automated piece and above that we will have flow which shows where the manual entries are there

depending on your organization, you might label it as “automated procedure” or something similar to clearly show which parts are automated in the to-be process map. it’s best to follow your org’s standards for naming and legends.
