We have emails with multiple threads and conclusions has to be drawn after reading complete email set and extraction should happen later.i see communication mining handling individual email separately and does not look past..is there a way to first categorise/label email after reading all email in communication mining itself. What are the best solution available to categorise emails
Communication Mining processes each email as an individual message and cannot classify a full thread together.
To classify with full thread context, you must merge the emails externally (Conversation ID) before sending to Communication Mining.
