The UI element is no longer available

Hi all,

Has anyone already faced this problem: when you try to scrape an element on the screen and then click it, it disappears (normal behavior of the application you are scrapping, in my case, Skype) and the UiPath scrapping final screen shows this message “The UI element is no longer available”?

To be more specific, I’m trying to perform the steps below:

  1. Find a person in Skype
  2. Right click it and go to “Add to contacts list”
  3. Scrape the list that appears when step 2 is done

Hello!

Try to use ‘Attach Window’ activity. Once the Application Window is identified, use ‘Click Image’ and ‘Extract Structured Data’ to get the information that you need :wink:
