Hi,

I am getting “The PCR server is unavaliable” error in copy paste activity. Has anyone encountered this error before?
Delay is used in previously opened topics. I tried but still got the same error.

Hi @nilesay

Have you try with Kill process activity

Inside Excel application scope use Kill process activity and followed by Delay activity

Process name → “Excel”
