The execution of the robot fails when the server screen is not being displayed

I have a robot that executes on my server, when the server is being displayed on my computer the execution works well, but when it has to execute remotely it returns to me an error like: erro: UiPath.UIAutomationNext.Exceptions.NodeNotFoundException: Could not find the GUI element for this action.

I know that the error is in one of this activities, but i don’t know why it happens only when the screen is nos displayed.

Have you installed your robot as a service mode?

I’m using enterprise license. I have another robot in the same server that executes everyday without any problem, it even uses the same system.

try in robot settings, try enabling login to console switch to yes and keep the value as no
