Whenever I try to download a report from the work items on the ACME website it gives me an error 404 [bad route], I tried to reset the data but It didn’t work.
how can I solve this?
Did you tried manually if it downloading a file worked?
Make sure the site is not down.

I tried but it didn’t work, yes the website is open.
I just donwloaded successfully the report file.
Please download for the year 2018.
I dont see any issue with acme. Make sure your connection is okay or try with a different browser.

The Chrome is working properly but with Internet Explorer didn’t work and my whole workflow is built with IE so I won’t be able to use chrome.

The problem is with Internet Explorer
