Text to Speech from database

Hello,

I would like to use the Text to Speech activity. I have developed a web page and there are texts integrated, which are provided with buttons. These buttons should then speak out the text with the robot. So now I want to create the following: I have two databases Excel and SQL. In these the text is to be deposited. This will then be read out via the Excel table and then passed to the robot using a variable. Is this possible?
