TEST Orchestrator -> PROD Orchestrator Automated Deployment?

Regarding the UiPath Best Practices deployment model involving multiple versions of Orchestrator (Dev, Test, Prod, Recovery), each new project deployed will have new assets and queues that need to be deployed to Orchestrator.

Is there any way to “push” these new assets and queues from the TEST version of Orchestrator to the PROD version? Or do all of these new items need to be configured on each version of Orchestrator manually?

(Yes, I understand that, in most cases, you would have to change the values of these items to production values in PROD… but still, there could be advantages to pushing the new items to PROD and then changing their values, as opposed to having to recreate everything from scratch.)
