Test Manager - 500.19 Error When Browsing Test Manager

Browsing Test Manager results in 500.19 error.

Root Cause: This error generally occurs when .Net Core is not installed properly or corrupted.

Resolution: Repair .Net Core or uninstall and reinstall it to have the issue resolved.

The required version of .NET core runtime will be mentioned in Software requirement page, we can install from document Test Manager - Software Requirements . Nothing is logged in Event Viewer when this happens, which means the website is not reachable at all.

Make sure to check appsettings.production.json inside installation directory and validate all the settings are correct.
