StudioX - Use Desktop Outlook App - Send Email Failed

Hello everyone, one of the end users ran into this error with Outlook. However I was able to run successfully on my computer. Has anyone have the same issue before? Any advice is appreciated!


  • The end user’s outlook app is fully functioning when using manually
  • The end user’s outlook app has the exact same version as mine
