i am using StudioX 2022.4.4 64bit Community edition
i am trying to send a simple test email using outlook, but it return this error (refer to the attach photos)
i already read and watch some of studioX tutorial and troubleshot but still cannot find any of my error
if you wonder :
- yes i open the outlook when running the robot
- i use 32bit version of outlook, office profesional plus 2016 (i think maybe it’s something here is the problem but not sure)
- when i try to use gmail activities, it’s working without problem
- yes i already tried to restart my outlook several time including restarting my computer as well.
please help

changed it to text, still the same error

On the properties panel, try to select null on the HTML body from file, and test it
