Send Email failed with unknown error

Hello,

i am using StudioX 2022.4.4 64bit Community edition
i am trying to send a simple test email using outlook, but it return this error (refer to the attach photos)
i already read and watch some of studioX tutorial and troubleshot but still cannot find any of my error

if you wonder :

  1. yes i open the outlook when running the robot
  2. i use 32bit version of outlook, office profesional plus 2016 (i think maybe it’s something here is the problem but not sure)
  3. when i try to use gmail activities, it’s working without problem
  4. yes i already tried to restart my outlook several time including restarting my computer as well.

please help

you have error in activity something is missing or something you are giving wrong way
I can see rectangle on your activity

@Suntech_Plastics so problem is with html text. I think so you should send html text file

@which type of body you are sending. is it html?

If you receive an error that a message is undeliverable, this could be due to the sending server trying to deliver the message, but the action didn’t complete before the message expired. This error typically indicates a problem on the receiving server.

On the properties panel, try to select null on the HTML body from file, and test it
