am not able to copy and paste the Pivot Table from Excel to Outlook. Sometimes it appear in Outlook as free text instead of tabular format.

As an workaround, you can use a predefined Word document as body for Outlook e-mails, where you insert the tabular data:
I have tried this but format is not coming similar to Pivot Table
