Strange behavior after the robot stop working. He is pressing Ctrl and FN on my laptop is not working

Hello,
This is my first time to have issue like this.
The scenario is that I was using a lot of Send Hotkey with Ctrl + V to paste different kind of information and Set to Clipboard with the variables.

After the robot finish work my laptop (ThinkPad L580, Windows 10 Pro) FN button is not working.
Ctrl is making the same function as FN.
For example instead of use FN and hotkey for volume or screen brightness,
I must use Ctrl+ hotkey for screen brightness or volume.

Also sometimes the ctrl is still pressed down. I can selected multiple objects without even pressing Ctrl.

If I restart the laptop, everything it’s fine. Just curious do you faced problem like this and how you fix it without restart computer?
