StartTime of the Bot in SQL is Different from that of the time in Orchestrator

Hello,
When I execute query in sql, the startTime of a Bot is displaying in GMT time zone than that of the Orchestrator time( EST TimeZone)
1.I tried by checking the Orchestrator settings and it is synced in EST
2. I tried by the Query, ( StartTime AT Time Zone ‘Eastern Standard Time’, but it is displaying result with same GMT Time -4 . But I want the Exact EST time in the StartTime column,

Is it something you can help with?

Hi @Nishanthi_Sankar,

Have you tried changing timezone in orchestrator from the screen shown below:

Alternatively, you might want to consider updating timezone settings of your system/laptop.

Bringing both your system and orchestrator time zone in synch should do the trick.

Hi Sonali, Yes first thing I checked is the orchestrator settings, it’s in EST time zone
Also my system time zone is in EST.
Only the db is displaying in GMT.

Hi @Nishanthi_Sankar,

Looks like db server is in GMT timezone settings.

And do you mean that start time of bot being displayed in GMT is in db column and you want to change the timezone of start time in db column?

Sonali

Yes Sonali,right.
But since orchestrator and db should be synced, I thought if there is any change in Settings that I have to do.
If I have to convert that from the Db side, I will take care of it

Hi @Nishanthi_Sankar,

Looks like so… You might need to change timezone from db end so they are all in same timezone

Got it, Thank you!

Hi @Nishanthi_Sankar,

If your doubts are cleared and there are no further queries, I would suggest to mark solution so this topic can be closed
