Splunk Alert based on Queue Item

Hi,

I need to create a splunk alert when there are any queue items in new state and a process is not started. I need an idea on how to get the count of New state Queue items through splunk.

You can use orchestrator api and call from splunk to get the job count and the wueue count as well
