Alerts for Abandoned Queue Items

Hi UiPath,

it would be nice to have an alert including subscription for when queueitems are abandoned.
Just like the Abonded-Webhook-Event (Orchestrator - Types of Events)

Currently these queue items fall through the monitoring and have to be found manually.

Yes, I was just looking for this type of alert but it doesn’t seem to exist. Once you start having multiple queues in different folders, it’s easy to miss items that have gone abandoned. Getting an email with this would be a huge help.

Agree that there should be an alert for when queue items are abandoned. With several automations, it’s time consuming to have to manually search for abandoned items each day to keep them from falling through the cracks.
