Some pdfs while downloading getting error 'failed - virus scan failed' from bot. But manually i am able to download those pdfs manually from same server. Any idea on this?

Some pdfs while downloading giving error ‘failed - virus scan failed’ from bot in Chrome. But i am able to download those pdfs manually from same server. Any idea on this?
Is there any setting which i have to change?
Its failing on non prod server and in dev its working fine.
Both the servers have same setting

Any solution to this? I’m having the same problem, even tried with Microsoft Edge, but the same error appears. I have disabled the antivirus and everything.

It seemed to be issue on server itself. After changing the server everything worked well. Still figuring out the root cause of it. Quite Strange!!!
