SNOW and Uipath integration

Can anyone help here, I am stuck up at the point, where I need to integrate UIPATH with SNOW,
I want the uipath workflow to be triggered when there is a ticket created in the SNOW with a specific short description. And once the workflow is completed it should update the SNOW
