Hello,

I need to create a automation flow for creating a service ticket in SNOW by taking data from body of the mail using UiPath tool. Can anyone help me out, what activities need to use for this.

Hi @nochili.anusha

→ If the Snow is a Web application, then you can do the automation with Ui activities.
→ If there any use of Excel process we can do it with Excel activities.
→ If there is any use to send the mail we can do this with mail Activities.

May be this activities are enough for tickets service.

With the above legacy methods, you can use ServiceNow Connector from UiPath which will help you achieve this automation in background mode. But to use this, you shave backend access to SNOW with ServiceAccount which will be used for this automation.
