Simulate Type, Special Keys and Firefox

Hello everyone,

Am I the only one that has a problem with Type Into, with the Simulate Type Option activated, and a special key? It looks like this :

“text” + “[k(enter)]”

The problem is, instead of entering the text and pressing enter, it types “text[k(enter)]”. The problem seems to be only on firefox. Is this known behaviour? Is there a solution?

simulate type does not support hot keys use send window meassages instead

Hi @matteo.tatibouet

If Simulate Type is enabled, the Special Keys are uneffected, you can uncheck Simulate Type if you need special keys, or you can use a Hot key Activity after the Type Into.
