Side arrows on sequences and flowcharts for loops not showing

Hello everyone,

I am trying to continue my training and I am on level 2 of the foundation training and I can’t seem to do any of the loops being shown in the videos. When the instructor drags the arrow out of the side of the sequence or flowchart, I am unable to. The draggable box for the arrow is not attached to the sequence/flowchart so I have no way of dragging an arrow to create a loop. Here is what I am seeing. Any help would be appreciated with fixing this so I can move on with the training.

No worries this is faced for quite some time since new update

FlowChart Arrow not adding on Left and Right Side of the Sequence Icon. Already added arrow on Left/Right showing some gap. Up/Down side arrow are fine. Please help
