Send hotkey issue Citrix

Could you please share your thoughts.

[Issue]
Some “send hotkey” actions don’t work correctly.

[precondition]
I used 2 PCs for Development and Production.
I tried Ctrl+Alt+Del and Win + R in both PCs.

I tried both actions in same conditions(same properties, selector)

[my hypothesis]
Win+R doesn’t work, even though it worked successfully in development PC.
So,I guess PC setting may be wrong.

In addition, some specific actions such as “win” has issue because Ctrl+Alt+Del succeeded,however, Win+ R unsucceeded in same condition.

[other actions which didn’t work]
-pgup,pgdn

OS version and UiPath version are same in between Dev and Prod.
