I am sending out emails via the Send Exchange Mail Message and I want to mask the emails to come from a manager. I put his email in the From section of the Properties however I get the following error:
Send Exchange Mail Message: The user account which was used to submit this request does not have the right to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account., Cannot submit message.
how do I mask the emails coming from the robot machine?
I could be wrong but I’m not entirely sure you can a use a different sender name besides the one tied to the Username and Password you are using.
It’s much simpler to do this with Send SMTP Mail Message. You can put in any from address you want.

you can - you just need to be delegated as someone who is permitted to send emails on behalf of someone else. Working internally to see if the exchange team will allow this for me.
