Selector selects the full PDF screen,but the requirement is to select the save button. So, how to achieve it?

I want to save the downloaded pdf file in a specified location. So, how to achieve it.?
Because when I indicate the selector on screen it was not selecting the save button instead it was selecting the full pdf screen.

Change UI Framework : Default to Active Accessibility.

1. Try with different mode of spying(click f4)
2. Can send ctrl+s to the screen and see or if there is any other shortcut
