please check with Extension on chrome.
2nd if it is activated.
then go to UiPath/tools/Uipathextensions/chrome or edge your browser uninstall it and again install it.
inshort restart the extension uninstall and install again.
Please Check if the URL is changing after the previous click. If Yes then you need to change the URL and then Capture the Button.

Just try restarting the Chrome browser. Sometimes due to Chrome updates, add ins gets loaded late.

I Tried already I’m using cross platform so that’s what its coming if i use windows everything working fine.

Ui path Version - 2023.10.2
Are you getting same error on other websites as well or it’s just the Add on website. Because the error message describes that.

If i use Windows compatibility means all actions are working perfect if i use cross-platform means I’m facing issue.
