Selecting only the required one from among multiple checkboxes

I want to click the checkbox where code and date are same in this table.

Code - LP

I am bringing the date here with an argument.

Hi,
Can you explain where this screenshot is coming from? Is it a web application or any desktop application? In that case, I recommend you to inspect the selectors of 3 checkboxes and also the date and code columns to see how to uniquely identify them using the date and code values.

This is coming from web application.but this example create my self. beacuse can’t uploard that system example.

I think it is better to scrape the data as a table then if it contains LP then use click
