Selecting a specific column in a SAP table to type into

I have a particular column in a data table that I want to write into another specific column in a SAP table. Studio does not allow me to select one column, instead, it selects the entire table only.

How can I do this?
Also, the column that I want to type into is only visible after scrolling to the right. How do I do this scrolling.

Most of the times sap will give option to upload a excel file to make changes in table data…

Please check if you have that option…that way you can first export the data into excel and then modify the data you want to and upload it back to sap
