There could be two reasons,

  1. its because your admin not gives you rights for the orchestrator to make any modification. Contact with your Organization for the Access.
  2. You logged in with another account which is not a admin account.

Check the possibility and you should be good.

I creating a new account and successfully login to orchestrator and UiPath
